  I reached out to Charles seeking legal guidance regarding my deed. Simple enough request. I had sent them the requested documentation within a day. Weeks later, still no follow up from him regarding next steps or setting expectations. After several emails and a phone call later, I'm told I would hear back by the end of the week. By no surprise, I called to follow up and was dropped as a client because they "couldn't meet my timeline". A timeline that was never defined. Zero communication, zero transparency, zero respect for clients' time. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your time. They shouldn't be in business given how they treat their clients.
