  Dustin Fregiato and Memorie did a great job on my mom's case. They were very professional and helpful! She got a settlement that we were happy about. They were able to contact the companies and got her medical bills reduced a little bit prior to paying off her debt. They took care of everything. Also, they gave complete documentation and copies of checks that were paid out, including the settlement check and all other checks that were paid out to cover all of her medical bills. They also gave a copy of the letters sent to the companies asking them to take a reduced payment, in which they were successful in doing so, as previously stated. My mother and I are extremely satisfied with the service that we received from Ladendorf, Fregiato, & Bigler. We would highly recommend this law firm for any personal injury cases and we would definitely use them again if needed, hopefully we won't need to though!   I can't say enough about Ladendorf Law and especially Dustin F. Fregiato. From the very beginning, they showed a level of care, attentiveness, and professionalism that truly set them apart. After being involved in a devastating semi accident—one that I was told I shouldn't have survived—I was airlifted to the hospital and underwent multiple surgeries. From the moment I woke up, Dustin was there. He came highly recommended by a trusted friend who is also an excellent attorney, and now I understand exactly why. Even though my case could have easily justified higher fees, given its value, Ladendorf Law went above and beyond by reducing their fees so I could receive more of what I deserved. That level of integrity and compassion is rare. They didn't just help me once, either. After a more recent accident, even though it was a smaller case, they stepped in without hesitation and guided me through the entire process just as thoroughly. I understand this is a business, but the way they treat their clients feels so much more personal. I truly consider Ladendorf Law—especially Dustin—like family.   I appreciate Matt Bigler and Cathy Black and their thoughtful and clear guidance through a difficult time—from helping us determine if our case needed representation, to navigating medical and insurance hurdles, to quickly getting resolution to our case. We were able to focus on healing and recovery, because we were confident that they were handling all of the details— even details we didn't know needed handled!   We can't say enough good about this firm. We were suggested to utilize their services by a mutual friend of Dustin's whom is also a lawyer. Every step of the way has been pleasant and informative. When I had my accident in November 2025 I emailed the firm and Dustin responded pretty quickly and offered to come to the hospital while I was still in there. Dustin and Memorie were just awesome. They answered our questions, explained the process, filled out paperwork and along the way answered every email/text needed even with what I felt were minor questions. Dustin treated us with respect and was very thorough as was Memorie. Recently wrapped up the incident and now we are awaiting our settlement check. I would 10/10 recommend them every time. With Ladendorf, Fregiato, and Bigler it felt like the confidence people get with the big firms that advertise and talk a good game with the "small town" feel of people who actually cared and took the time every single time not only to check on us but to give us the peace of mind we deserved and can back it up. Honestly, the sad part is that it's all over now, but God forbid if we need to utilize a lawyer for another incident; I know who we're going to choose every single time.
