  Marc is a amazingly professional attorney. He has helped our family sooooo much. We hired him to help us with two cases (helping with land dispute/ eviction and helping with securing state benefits for a disabled family member) and he got them resolved quickly, efficiently and without unnecessary costs.   My mother used him to have a dead beat tenant, he was nasty to her and did not communicate at all or give any dates for when the sheriff was coming or when the tenant would be removed.

  Marc was our mediator to aid in continued issues of dissolving property. He was both friendly as well as professional. He was to the point about how mediation works and his role in the process. He worked with both of us to listen to what we hoped to happen during mediation and he was thorough in making sure all issues were brought to the table and we reached agreements that both parties were satisfied with.
