After having a very lengthy conversation with Michelle. She asked me to sign some consent forms so she could retrieve some information from the police department. I had some questions and concerns given that I had not formally hired them and did not want to get hit with a fee. She failed to return my phone calls and failed to return my emails. I've been waiting for 2 weeks. Every minute that is lost is time taking time from my ability to pursue a lawsuit in the statutory time frame. From my perspective, if they can't even return an email or a phone call they're not going to be qualified to protect my rights, ineffectively represent me. It's a poor way to run a business.
