Martin Schwartz is the best! He is resilient and truly fights for his clients rights. He took on a very difficult case in New Mexico against the government and won! He successfully challenged unlawful detention through a Habeas Corpus case and won cancellation of removal in front of a difficult military judge (Samuel Williams). If you need an attorney who will stand up for you, fight relentlessly, and never back down, he's the one for the job. 6/5 recommend

We truly wish I had contacted Counsel Schwartz before hiring one of the worse attorneys in Tampa. Mr. Schwartz is not your average criminal defense attorney. He does discovery, looks at police personnel files, does legal briefs on illegal searches by law enforcement, and he performed a Miracle for me, getting a false arrest for a felony charge reduced to a disorderly conduct charge, without even having to take the case all the way to a trial. He is IVY league educated and also has a smart, hard working associate in Touff Kalin and an amazing support staff.
