He successfully challenged unlawful detention through a Habeas Corpus case and won cancellation of removal in front of a difficult military judge (Samuel Williams).   Mr. Schwartz is not your average criminal defense attorney. He does discovery, looks at police personnel files, does legal briefs on illegal searches by law enforcement, and he performed a Miracle for me, getting a false arrest for a felony charge reduced to a disorderly conduct charge, without even having to take the case all the way to a trial.
