This is the worst bankruptcy lawer. Ever. He has a F rating with the better business bureau. He doesn't keep in touch with you. He doesn't return phone calls. I'm about to go news media. About this lawyer.

I received a letter from Paul McElrath offering attorney services due to a possible judgement from a creditor. When I called the phone number provided for his office, I was met with an extremely rude attorney. I told him I am working with National Debt Relief to pay off my debt and asked him not to contact me further. He not only yelled at me, told me I am wasting his time, but that debt relief agencies do not work. Then he hung up on me and did not even offer to respond to my request. I called again and he told me to stop bothering him. Is this how human beings are to treat one another? Stay away from this guy, he is horrible. All I asked for was to not get another intrusive letter.
