I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED, AND CONCERNED WHILE WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK USING THE OFFICES PHONE, IN A PRIVATE ROOM, NOTICING THE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS WERE UPSIDE DOWN?

Very particular about what they're available to help. I mean very particular but when they help they do a pretty darn decent job. Just don't get your hopes up too far if your situation is too dire.
