John is very professional and gets things done! I had a situation where my downstairs tennants where smoking illegal drugs in my home and harassing my upstairs tennants. The case was challenging due to the states current moratorium when it comes to evictions. John was able to think outside the box and successfully file a anti harassment order in little less than a month. He is very fair when it comes to his pricing I would have gladly paid double for his services!
