  I first met Mr. Maverick when my law firm encountered an unfavorable ruling in a labor dispute case in Federal Court. After researching lawyers that specialize in defending those type of cases I reached out to him to discuss the matter. Mr. Maverick took the time to discuss the case with my partner at the time and myself. We referred the client over to him and soon he was able to have that unfavorable ruling reversed and ultimately was able to provide my former client with a positive result. We maintained a friendship after that initial meeting and soon I brought him into a complex commercial matter and was able to second chair him during a week long trial. After 23 years practicing law in south Florida I can honestly say that Peter is one of the best Lawyers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He not only has an amazing amount of knowledge as to the law both State and Federal but he is a natural litigator. He has the ability to litigate cases at trial and when needed to appeal both during trial or post judgment appellate work. His research and writing skills are equally as impressive as his ability to connect with a jury. We were able to get a jury to rule in our clients favor, returning with a verdict completely in our favor in less than one hour. Ultimately that win was one step in restoring our client to his original financial position and truly changed his life. Peter is a fighter. He is honest and he cares about his clients.   Mr. Mavrick is a pleasure to work with and fights hard for your case. He communicates directly with you and explains how your case progresses every step of the way. He explain what he wants to do and also listen to your concerns and addresses them without rushing in a caring and professional way. Sometime in the past dealing with other lawyers I got the feeling they always choose the easy way out for them and settle non necessarily for your own benefit. I had a case regarding a claim of discrimination for an alleged service dog that was denied entry in my business. With the abusive trend of people that want to take their pets everywhere we felt this situation was a lie and I called Mr Maverick.
