Very Bad Service, No One Will Help Me, I got SCAM out of $8,548!!! They will not answer the phone number they gave me and I leave a message and no one will call me back, or answer my emails!!! And they all are getting paid to help us, so Sad!!!!

I emailed my concerned about the corruption in our city and they did absolutely nothing. People are getting their kids taken away over absolutely no probable cause and all of these officials are allowing it to happen. There is no justice for kids or families in the foster system. What a big joke. I've messaged our mayor. Our governor and the Missouri general and nothing. Absolutely no help what so ever. This is unjust. And legal abuse. And my kids are suffering emotional and legal abuse.

They're a joke! I'm on month 3 with ZERO response from them regarding my deposit! I left emails, voicemails and called weekly. They don't do jack! DONT waste your time making a complaint theu will NOT help you! When I finally did reach the front desk the lady was rude and had the biggest attitude! They won't even accept my appointment to come in!
