Olivia Napariu, Attorney at Law, leads the firm. She focuses her practice on personal and family-related areas of law, serving clients in Indianapolis, Indiana, and surrounding areas. Her experience spans over twenty years in legal practice. Ms. Napariu represents clients in family law matters such as mediation, divorce, child custody, parenting time, paternity, modifications of existing orders, and pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. She also practices in estate planning, estate and guardianship administration, and civil litigation, including business litigation and personal injury.

Ms. Napariu is recognized with Martindale-Hubbell's "AV" rating, signifying high professional excellence and ethical standards as rated by her peers. She is admitted to practice in all Indiana state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Ms. Napariu is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Family Law Section, and the Indianapolis Bar Association, and volunteers as a Guardian Ad Litem with Kids' Voice of Indiana. She earned her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, magna cum laude, in 1989.
