  If you are seeking experienced counsel, Ben is absolutely the right choice. I was in a desperate time crunch to find an attorney for my boyfriend and after contacting many law offices, it was clear Ben was the best fit. I never dealt with anyone other than him (no paralegals or bouncing between other attorneys in his office). He was a calm and knowledgeable voice of reason in what felt like an impossible situation.   On this 18th of March, 2025, I will refer to Mr. Benjamin Herbst as MY LAWYER :)) , who provided me with exceptional legal support during a very challenging time.   Ben did a fantastic job at making himself consistently available and was very understanding in his approach. I had a lot stacked against me and he worked miracles helping me walk out of the courtroom with no conviction. I would recommend Mr. Herbst to anyone needing a great attorney willing to give you and your case the one on one time and TLC you need to win. He's a certified shark doing the lords work, and I would give him 10 stars if it were an option!
