  If you are seeking experienced counsel, Ben is absolutely the right choice. I was in a desperate time crunch to find an attorney for my boyfriend and after contacting many law offices, it was clear Ben was the best fit. I never dealt with anyone other than him (no paralegals or bouncing between other attorneys in his office). He was a calm and knowledgeable voice of reason in what felt like an impossible situation.   A huge thanks to Benjamin Herbst for getting my charges dismissed! He remained honest about the circumstances of my case and gave me confidence that he would push for the best outcome possible.   On this 18th of March, 2025, I will refer to Mr. Benjamin Herbst as MY LAWYER :)) , who provided me with exceptional legal support during a very challenging time. Mr. Herbst played an instrumental role in helping me navigate through five critical citations here in MD, which included serious charges such as failure to remain at the scene of an accident involving bodily injury, owner failure to maintain required security during the registration period, and failure to remain at the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage.   Ben did a fantastic job at making himself consistently available and was very understanding in his approach. I had a lot stacked against me and he worked miracles helping me walk out of the courtroom with no conviction. I would recommend Mr. Herbst to anyone needing a great attorney willing to give you and your case the one on one time and TLC you need to win. He's a certified shark doing the lords work, and I would give him 10 stars if it were an option!
