He earned a B.S. from Idaho State University in 2003 and a J.D. from the University of Idaho in 2006.

We were advised by others to contact MrBudge concerning a property line issue. He explained the law in regards to our case and was able to communicate to the other party how the state law read concerning this situation. We were able to come to a amicable agreement without resorting to a lawsuit and the attendant ill feelings possible between neighbors. He was very knowledgeable in real estate law and was able to resolve the issue as quickly (and cheaply) as possible, he was personable and professional, and he as well as his paralegal keep us informed at all times.

Great Attorney!! We had a road dispute with our city. We consulted and hired TJ to help us out. TJ was so knowledgeable that the city decided they had no chance on their own and they should hire an attorney. TJ was able to nullify any option the city attorney put forth. It took two years but we with TJ's great knowledge and expertise won the case! TJ was so great to work with very personable and caring. He kept us informed all the way. He is definitely a go to guy when it comes to real estate rights.

After having less than positive experiences with real estate attorneys in the past, I was so fortunate to get a personal reference for TJ Budge. Everything I was told was true. TJ listened well as I explained my easement issue, was very knowledgeable about it, professional and quick to get started. TJ or Tessa always responded quickly to any email I sent or call I made. They were careful with costs and stayed within the estimate even though it took longer than we hoped to resolve. TJ Budge is a solid real estate attorney in Idaho that I would definitely use again.
