  Great Attorney!! We had a road dispute with our city. We consulted and hired TJ to help us out. TJ was so knowledgeable that the city decided they had no chance on their own and they should hire an attorney. TJ was able to nullify any option the city attorney put forth. It took two years but we with TJ's great knowledge and expertise won the case! TJ was so great to work with very personable and caring. He kept us informed all the way. He is definitely a go to guy when it comes to real estate rights.

  After having less than positive experiences with real estate attorneys in the past, I was so fortunate to get a personal reference for TJ Budge. Everything I was told was true. TJ listened well as I explained my easement issue, was very knowledgeable about it, professional and quick to get started. TJ or Tessa always responded quickly to any email I sent or call I made.
