  This review is directed to one specific member of the Vannova Legal team; Ashley White is simply amazing, she goes above and beyond to do whatever needs to be done, she is pleasant and well educated with her knowledge, which really helps educate the client on their particular situation. If she doesn't know the answer she finds it and calls back within minutes. I can't say enough positive things about her!

  The reason I gave them 4 Stars is because they difficult to get ahold of over phone which understanding because they have other clients. Here's a Tip for anyone that is thinking about filing or reading this. Always go into the office even if it's for a question. Make sure all of your debt is accounted for and is accurate. It makes the filing much smoother and the meeting with the trustee And no you don't see a judge in a courtroom lol trustee office is small like the size of a classroom. But I'm a few months away from completing my CH13 which I'm really excited for you!

  Jennifer Dahlberg and the Paralegal staff at Vannova really came through for my aged mother and myself. Long story short, Jennifer went the extra mile and did things no other attorney I know would do without billing for her time. She and her staff were always responsive, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I just can't say enough about our experience with a potentially unpleasant situation. I can only assume that any attorney and Paralegal team you wind up with at Vannova will be just as diligent and provide excellent service for the dollar.   I am grateful I found Vannova Legal. My parents live in Utah and were struggling with their mortgage. After becoming so frustrated with the process, they reached out to me to help. I spoke with a few different law firms but Vannova Legal (Matt) was the only one that seemed to really understand loan mods and foreclosures in addition to bankruptcy. They were successful at stopping the foreclosure sale. I didn't think it was possible but they also got the loan mod. Freedom Mortgage was pretty aggressive so they prepared everyone that it might not happen and bankruptcy may be necessary, but in the end the loan mod took care of everything. My biggest thank you is how well they put my Mom at ease. She was scared to death and needed fairly frequent reassurance. Somehow, through all the stress and uncertainty, they were able to help her stay calm. They were willing to explain things over and over and she really trusted they knew what to do. Vannova Legal, thanks for working so hard for us. We're #1 fans.

  I worked with Vannova legal to prepare my bankruptcy and they did a fantastic job for me. They had all my info and had it super organized and made things so easy for me, I didn't have to worry about how things were going to happen, they answered all my questions, my meeting with the trustee went so smooth. The staff responds so quickly and took care of my issues either the same day I called or within 48 hours.
