Sadly super unfriendly throughout the entire phone call. I called because I was truly looking for an immigration lawyer and he pretty much said I can be glad that he even talked to me because he doesn't know me. I asked if they don't want to make customers and he said no. I wish I recorded the phone call. 😂 I never talked to anyone this unprofessional. I'm mind blown.

Vinh was absolutely great to work with! His help and guidance made the whole process so much easier for us. We started with an in-person meeting to map everything out, and after that, the whole process was smoothly handled online via email. We just sent over our forms, documents, and photos, etc, and Vinh took it from there! He was communicative, knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly throughout the entire process.
