Involved in a wreck company i worked for hired them. Talked to them once so they could email questions better answered that way. 4 questions easily answered over the phone. Authorized them to accept service for me. They took it to mean complete to settlement and never even told me the case settled or what provided the terms to me.

I first engaged this firm in 2007 after my father suffered a serious stoke in the middle of the transition from his house of 20 years to a retirement community that had a complicated "unconventional" trust agreement.
