Barbara Blackmon serves as the Managing Partner of Blackmon and Blackmon, PLLC, where her practice encompasses civil litigation, product liability, and taxation law. She holds a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and is admitted to practice in Mississippi and New York. Ms. Blackmon previously made history as the first Black woman elected to the Mississippi State Senate, where she advocated for education and economic development.
