  I have known Bruce since 2005 as opposing counsel, boss, my attorney, and as a friend. As opposing counsel he was reasonable and ethical. Working with him every day I saw his dedication and skill. I thought that I was a great courtroom attorney until I saw him in the courtroom ten years ago. I then knew that I had room to grow.   I had been with my husband for over 25 years, and when I was served with divorce papers, I was at a loss of what to do. My co-worker recommended Bruce Brown, and from the moment I met him, I knew he had our best interest at heart.   I met Mr. Brown in a quite peculiar circumstance and I can tell you that this man is a fighter who does not give up. I have never needed the services of an attorney but he would be the man I would call. I was recently asked if I could name one person that made a difference in my life and Bruce Brown was a name that I have not forgotten he made me realize that our most simple actions can have a huge impact on other people's lives.   I had an accident in AZ and THOUGHT I needed an attorney to help me. While the staff and everyone was very friendly (this is why I'm giving 2 stars) Mr. Brown himself did not listen to me, talked down to me, and reminded me often that he had been doing this for YEARS. He REFUSED to submit request for settlement higher then what he thought was reasonable, even though I knew insurance works low ball. So when that happened, I said I'd handle it myself, since he wasn't representing me, listening to me, or respecting my requests. I was able to negotiate almost 3X more on my own, however Mr. Brown had the audacity to demand payment for work done. I made him an offer based on what i thought was fair, they refused of course. In order to get the settlement from the insurance I had to pay him what they demanded or he was going to lein for FULL hours.. I think this is HORRIBLE, he didn't deserve what he was paid. I can't do anything about this except write a review and warn others.
