  Mr. Jernigan was the main attorney for my case, he got my 20 point ticket down to 6 points. I would have had my license suspended but he was able to get me a deal that saves my license and saved me a lot of future issues. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this firm, they were extremely committed and very easy to work with. I didn't have to lift a finger. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if I do they will always be the first place I go.

  Exceeded my expectations by far! Grateful beyond measure for services provided and outcome involving my case. They got 2 charges dropped completely and the other charge changed to a lesser charge w/ a smaller penalty. Definitely changed my negative perspective of lawyers for the better.   David and his team of consummate professionals are phenomenal. From the first phone call, David explained everything and told me exactly how this traffic infraction would play out. As if he is clairvoyant the outcome was exactly as he described including a substantial($100's) decrease in my fine. I don't live in Colorado DTL represented me in court avoiding another trip to CO.
