  Colton Theer was a great attorney for me. I had a very sensitive legal matter that could have turned into a much bigger deal. One consultation meeting is all it takes to recognize they don't know anything about what they're doing And they don't even seek to fight for the client just to get big profits $365 To tell me that I would have to hire a Mobile Device Forensic Examiner to prove my ridiculous telephonic so-called text message harassment charges were faked by the "yes" Narcissistic former partner but More importantly My daughter's mother. What's happening here is beyond ridiculous. My child's mother had all of her alleged charges against me thrown out from child abuse tossed out easy restraining order DISCOVERED TO BE ALL LIES AS WELL BY THE JUDGE. And then she tried to get contempt because you know that's what narcs do. This attorney went ahead and said who are you to call somebody a narcissist are you a doctor jump in the gun undermining the intellect of the person sitting across the table for him he was supposed to represent allegedly. Either they're out for the consultation money alone or they just want to settle things quickly and get it off their docs and make quick cash instead of doing their jobs. People that know the law have to listen to these guys try to tell you that this is how it works! Stay away from this group.

  I feel very ripped off! We were told that there could be a refund after leaving a hefty retainer and ended up being charged double. Over $300 for a couple of emails. Thousands for outlining a simple plea. I called to talk about the bill, nobody called back, and then I got another bill. Never again...BEWARE!

  Our family hired this law firm to represent us. After reviewing our case, they advised us to drop it and informed us they would not be able to represent us if additional legal action arose in the future. They asked whether we wanted to replenish our retainer to keep them available for other matters. Instead, we chose to have the remaining balance of our retainer returned so we could set those funds aside for an attorney who could represent us if further legal action became necessary. About a month later, we received a final invoice stating that the remaining retainer had been exhausted and that we owed an additional $500. We were surprised by this because we believed there was still money remaining in the retainer. Based on our experience, we were disappointed with both the outcome of our representation and the billing process. I felt that the communication regarding fees and the remaining retainer balance could have been much clearer. Because of our experience, I would not choose this firm again or recommend it to others.

  5-Star Review Colton was outstanding from start to finish. I was honestly preparing myself for the worst and thought I was going to end up doing time. He handled my case with confidence, stayed on top of everything, and fought for the best possible outcome. When it was all over, I didn't do time — I didn't even get probation.
