  I tried to do this on my own with no attorney, filled out forms three time and three time they sent it back with corrections...very frustrating! Then I found Expunge America on line. I began to fill out the application for expungement, but thought my case was different, so I call their number and they were so helpful. Looked up my case, explained how the possess worked and I began my journey to freedom. Within just a few short weeks I received my notice of Expungement.   To whom it may concern, I would like to take a moment and give my praise to Expunge America and their staff, I had some issues going back ten years ago that 10 years ago that were on my record and that was limiting my ability to seek employment as a professional in the profession that I was once in. I hired Expunge America with some skepticism hoping that they would be able to clear me record the unfortunate events that took place in my life, and that was holding me back professionally. I am happy to report to all that Expunge America delivered on their guarantee, granted it took some time and they had to re-file the petitions but they never gave up on me.   This company responded immediately, and the process was so easy I wish I had pursued it years ago! I had something on my record, due expungement, that I did not pursue through my lawyer because he made it so difficult, and finally stopped answering my calls! Expunge America was an incredibly fast easy option I did not know existed! Highly recommended, If I had done this earlier, I would not have missed out on a recent job opportunity.

  Don't ever sign up for this service! They will take your money and never give it back. I had the worst experience with these crooks. I thought I had a case I needed to expunge and signed up but I found out that my case was already expunged and that it was a clerical error done by the courts where they didn't update my records correctly. So I didn't need their services and asked for my money back. After a week of unanswered messages they decided to keep my money and refused the refund. These people are truly ridiculous and all they care about is collecting and keeping your hard earned money regardless of your circumstances. They advertise a 100% money back guarantee. Don't believe it. The only guarantee is that they will keep your money even when they haven't lifted a finger to help you. Truly despicable!! The CEO Kevin is a piece of work. Instead of honoring his word he tried to negotiate a trade where he give only half of my money back in exchange for me to rewrite and edit this review. This company seems awfully desperate to try to keep customers hard earned money for doing basically nothing. I've never experienced such a terrible law practice with zero business ethics. I was so fed up with their games i told them to just keep my money. In exchange I'd rather write an honest review to help prevent ANYONE else from making the same mistake I made. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This response from the owner is really funny. He says a petition was filed but that's a complete lie. Because why would you file for an expungement that already happened? I have yet to receive a refund because I refuse to tell a lie and say anything good about this company. Before u buy into this nonsense do your homework and best go somewhere else.

  I hired EA in August 2022. They sent me an email within a few months and i can never can contact them again. I have sent multple emails to them with no response. I paid $600 and have not heard anything in over 2 years. If you are reading this please STAY AWAY! I am shocked that they are still in business and have not got sued yet. Anyone who dealt AND HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE with them should report them to the CA bar, AVVO, the BBB and the states attorneys office. I am still shocked over the blatant disregard and possible fraud of customers. Appaliing.
