  I am a younger criminal defense attorney, and I often lovingly call David "Uncle". This man is brilliant, and I've worked a felony ovwi case with him (and we won!)-- and the client wanted both of us. I get calls often when a defendant cant decide between me and him-and sometimes people hire me and sometimes him. Don't judge David on his own ovwi case-- the most successful attorney in U.S history, Pearcy Foreman lost his own dui trial in Houston Texas. Don't judge this hero, this warrior, by any personal struggles he might face, he's an ABSOLUTE genius and he's AWESOME. The end.

  I DONT recomend this lawyer to ANYONE. If your going to pay him half the money and half later, I do not know. BUT if you want to make a good deal with him paying the whole amount, he will take your money and he will leave the case. He wont even return half of your money back. PLEASE PEOPLE THINK before giving him your money. This lawyer is not worth your money.
