  Definitely not a great person Judith talked to me and my grandmother like we are nothing and now as I look through her reviews I see why we got treated so differently. It's sad how a person who do not know you will treat you a certain way because the color of your skin!

  Saw a ray of hope when reply received asking to call for a consultation ,,,,,, oh.... My surprise call was hung up and second call sent to voice mail the receptionist did not even bother to at least say no sorry we cannot help you that would of been the expected result from this apparently reputable firm . People watch out maybe all these reviews are fakes from my experience not a professional or the very least respectable place . The worst . If just trying to schedule a consultation ends this way I can only imagine .........................

  If you care about your family member, DONOT hire this lawyer! - a friend hired Ms. Wood to represent a family member being held in ICE detention, and unfortunately their experience was deplorable. After taking money up front , the lawyer showed no interest and did not do any due diligence to prepare for the court hearing. The family asked the lawyer to withdraw from the case and after no phone call for weeks, they showed up and requested a voluntary deportation without consulting the family! Insane and outrageous!! The family and their loved one has been through hell and continues to live in this nightmare thanks to Ms. Wood and her team.

  As other reviewers have mentioned, my experience with the receptionist was not positive (I am not a client). I found the communication to be impatient, which unfortunately affected my first impression of the office. First impressions matter, and I believe a more professional and welcoming approach would improve the client experience.

  BEWARE they'll just take your money and ruin your case. I would not recommend attorney Gregory Russell based on my family's experience." "My family hired Gregory Russell in May 2026 to represent my husband in his immigration detention case." "We paid for legal representation during a difficult time, trusting he would advocate for my husband while he remained in ICE detention." "The first bond hearing was rescheduled after he said he had a scheduling conflict." "The second bond hearing was canceled because he did not appear." "We were told the immigration judge attempted to contact him but was unable to reach him." "A third bond hearing was scheduled, but again we were told he had a scheduling conflict." "Shortly afterward, he withdrew from the case." "We requested a refund for the fees we paid because the legal services we hired him to provide were not performed, but our request was denied."
