  Mr. Kivitz is an exceptional lawyer and cares about his clients in a way that I was pleasantly surprised by. My wife and I were in a serious motorcycle accident, and incurred a tremendous amount of medical debt. Mr. Kivitz helped us resolve our situation in the best possible way it could have been resolved. Mr. Kivitz was always responsive to any questions we had and was happy to explain the steps to us in how to proceed. He happily answered all our emails; even on the weekends. I can not recommend Mr. Kivitz enough, he is a scholar and a gentleman.
