  $100 consultation fee to tell you her actual price! Was quoted one price through text and another in person! $1500 for DACA renewal because I am a new client. She said this was a flat fee but couldn't tell me over the phone? Waited 10 minutes in the lobby and spoke with her 30 seconds to give me her price. She had an attitude and told me to do it on my own and told me to come back when I could afford it. I'm very disappointed. No Hagan negocio con ellos. Dan precio sobre telefono y le suben cuando llegas. Tiene carácter feo. Me cobraron $100 nomas para decirme su precio de $1500 por renovation de DACA. Luego me dice que yo lo hago solo y que regrese cuando pueda pagar.

  Excellent service! All I could ask for. I really appreciate everything Monika and her staff have done for me and my family. Monika worked hard on our case. If it wasn't for her we would've gotten deported to Guatemala after being here in the United States for more than 15 years. Thank you again for helping us and also for helping my best friend.   If I would be able to give them zero stars, I would. I got recommended to this office because supposedly they were "good". My experience with her is really bad. If you're willing to waste $100 in this economy, just to be quoted on something that you could literally find on TikTok go for it. I have talked to so many lawyers some free some with a $50 consultation and I have gotten more information. I had my consultation about two weeks ago, The day of my consultation, they called me first thing in the morning Requesting my $100 consultation deposit. But when it came to my appointment that I had that same day at 2 PM NO ONE CALLED ME. Keep in mind My husband got out of work early so he can attend because this was a consultation for OUR case. I literally made him waste his time. Well, not me. She literally made us waste our time. 2 o'clock came around she never called us. Five minutes went by 10 minutes Went by 20 minutes went by till I decided to call the office and tell them I had an appointment. That is such a really bad First impression. Our consultation just felt rushed since it was forgotten about she didn't apologized or anything for not calling us. I would say our consultation lasted about maybe 15-20 min. Her attitude just felt like she had to be there like she didn't want to Even speak to us it was just very rude and rushed like I mentioned. I have tried contacting the office to get a refund the $100. I have sent them several emails and I have not gotten a response from either of them. At this point, I might just dispute it with my bank.

  Absolutely terrible experience and I highly do not recommend this law firm to anyone. This lawyer is unprofessional, rude, and completely unorganized, and her team reflects the same lack of competence and professionalism. Communication was a nightmare from the beginning. There was zero accountability, zero urgency, and absolutely no effort to stay on top of the case. The lack of organization, follow-through, and basic professionalism was shocking. It felt like we were dealing with people who had no idea how to properly manage or handle immigration matters. If you want a lawyer who actually communicates, takes responsibility, and treats clients with basic respect, avoid this office at all costs. This place is a complete waste of time, money, and energy.
