  A complete waste of time. You'll be on hold for a long time. If you are by chance on hold for longer than 45 mins they will drop your call. The Justice Hub online is a joke.It won't even load the questionnaire to begin my intake process. If I could I'd give it a -⭐️.

  They took my case a few days before first appearance after a 3 day continuance she got my case dismissed!! Ms.Downing is phenomenal and deserves all the good in the world!! I would imagine her colleagues are held to the same regard! Thank you for everything!!!

  Wasted almost 20 minutes of my life I can't get back. I sat on the phone and they told me a whole lot of nothing. Pretty much told me I had no options and I either pay the landlord what they're asking for or go to court. The point of going to legal aid is to have a cheaper route, but at this point you're better off just getting an expensive lawyer that would actually help. My apartment was not safe to live in. We had mold, leaks, water damage, soft spots in the floor and plumbing issues. We have pictures and documentation showing that. Legal aid basically was on the apartment complex side. Waste of time
