  I highly recommend Yesenia Polanco; she is amazing and friendly! I had trouble receiving compensation from UPS for many months for a package that was insured, but they did not want to honor the insurance I paid.   If I could give zero stars I would. From the beginning it was a crap show. Our case got transferred to Polanco from another lawyers office because they ended up merging. I could tell from the beginning they were not interested in our case since they didn't initially get any money from us. When we called to ask questions they had no clue and acted as if we bothered them with our questions. Eventually the waiver was denied and Polanco tried to submit another one but they didn't realize it was the 2nd time it was denied. If they were familiar or had taken the time to look through the case details, they would have realized that other action needed to be taken. They didn't take the time of day to look though but definitely took the time to take our money. After a 2nd response from USCIS saying an incorrect form was submitted, Polanco sent us this vague letter which we didn't understand. Called multiple times to get some clarity the case and was told someone would call us back. They never did. They don't even care to respond to the reviews up here. They are too busy stealing peoples money and not returning their phone calls.
