  I was involved in a serious auto accident in which a semi-truck totaled my car and injured me. I wasn't sure what to do when the other insurance company began stalking me and interrogating my wife (at our home) about my condition. All that stopped when I retained Mark. He communicated well, and often, and advised us about legal options. He made sure that we were comfortable with what he was doing and kept us involved in the process.   Mark by all accounts is an excellent lawyer. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to do his job. He helped me in a major automobile accident in 2013 , he worked and worked to make sure everything went well and was very fair.   Excellent Attorney! Mark Smith is extremely knowledgeable in dealing with insurance companies. Mark ensured I was well informed and prepared throughout the totality of my case. He was able to work on my behalf after my original attorney dropped the ball and tried to cover it up. Mark came highly recommended to me and did not disappoint. His understanding of the tactics insurance companies use helped mitigate the stress associated with dealing with extremely hostile opposing council. I highly recommend Mark especially after seeing how a lessor attorney can make a mess out of a case that could have negatively impacted my family.
