  Working with Neil Fleischer on my green card application was one of the best decisions I made. I am Canadian and was on an H1B Visa and had also previously been on a J1 with a 2 year waiver requirement. When I first spoke to Neil I knew he was the right person to work with because he understood my visa history immediately. He is knowledgeable and was always responsive from start to finish. I honestly felt confident every step of the way which is not something I was expecting especially due to past experiences.   While the immigration process was long and difficult, Neil helped clarify everything for my wife and I and helped us move through the process as smoothly as possible. He was always straightforward and honest and was clearly knowledgeable about everything regarding the process, including how to apply to visit while we were waiting for the visa.   10/10 Would recommend, and will be using again! Neil Fleischer has handled our immigration case, from K-1 Visa to successful greencard for almost two years now. He's had expert knowledge and wisdom that I'm certain was entirely necessary for my wife to receive her permanent residence. Despite the crackdowns on immigration in this 2024-2026 time, Neil navigated the process with us like a true friend and counselor. He's always available by email, and is usually available via phonecall, especially if scheduled a little in advance. The immigration process is expensive, but for a law firm, I was definitely not price-gouged. The legal fees were never more than half the government's application fees, to my recollection. What's more, I never even had to go to Cincinnati to work with him because he's just so good with remote work! Every piece of information, documentation and proof he asked for was very clear and timely, and he was very transparent with the whole process. I was never led to believe something that he said that I would be later dissappointed by. The US Immigration process is a doozy, but Neil Fleischer makes it look easy.
