  Eric Newmark was extremely helpful, before even retaining him as my attorney. He asked pertinent questions and made me feel comfortable with my options all while being in the consultation stage. The secretary always answers the phone at the firm and I never had an issue getting ahold of Eric directly once he gave me his direct line. He kept all of his promises regarding our plan of action and I highly recommend Eric if you are looking for a passionate, educated, detail-oriented attorney. Genuinely happy with his work.

  For all of their talk about justice and helping victims, they do not have the professional courtesy to let someone know why they can't take their case. They collect your info and say someone will call you back in a few days, then they ghost you. Without an explanation, one can only assume that this law firm only takes cases with a high dollar value, which is what true champions of justice do.
