Naomi got back to me with answers to my questions quickly making sure I had what I needed to make decisions I needed to make. Their team was professional, wise, and caring. Eric Newmark was extremely helpful, before even retaining him as my attorney. He asked pertinent questions and made me feel comfortable with my options all while being in the consultation stage. The secretary always answers the phone at the firm and I never had an issue getting ahold of Eric directly once he gave me his direct line. Working with Joe has been such a pleasure. Upon first contact he displayed consistency, genuineness, care, and kindness. For all of their talk about justice and helping victims, they do not have the professional courtesy to let someone know why they can't take their case. They collect your info and say someone will call you back in a few days, then they ghost you. Without an explanation, one can only assume that this law firm only takes cases with a high dollar value, which is what true champions of justice do.
