  I would highly recommend Nick Baker. I am incredibly impressed with Nick's commitment to his clients. When dealing with Nick and his team, it is easily apparent to see his moral fortitude, dedication to justice, and unwavering commitment to the high ground. If you are looking for a sleeze-ball, look elsewhere, Nick is a class act, all the way. As to my experience; After contracting Nick, he and I had a few purposeful conversations, he immediately grasped the situation, then formulated a well-thought, succinct and effective plan, and relentlessly pursued my case with the vigor and the personal attention that I would have, had it been myself working my case. The opposition threw plenty of curve balls, and delayed resolution, but nick stayed persistent in letting them know that we weren't going to let them walk on us. Due to the awful experience we had had with the opposition, we feel that Nick won us much more than a settlement, it feels as though Nick gave us back our dignity.

  Two years ago my husband and two young sons were in a serious accident when a vehicle crossed in front of my husband on Indiana 67. Thankfully, no one was seriously injured, but our vehicle was totaled and my family had some aches, pains, and bruises. As lawyers, my husband and I figured we could handle the negotiation with the at-fault driver's insurance company ourselves. We don't practice personal injury law, but how hard could it be? After some attempts to negotiate, though, it became obvious the insurance company wasn't going to compensate us for all our medical expenses, let alone our pain and suffering. So we hired Nick Baker. The best decision we could have made. Mr. Baker immediately contacted the insurance company and after a few weeks was able to get all our medical expenses covered, and a settlement for pain and suffering much higher than the best offer the insurance company made when we were negotiating on our own. Nick was always professional and prompt in returning our calls and emails. He immediately put our minds at ease. I highly recommend Nick Baker. He did a phenomenal job for us.
