In my opinion, this is definitely one of the best legal firms in the industry. I have been represented by with the Alden Law Group in two EEO actions over the past 12 years. Michelle Bercovici was the lead lawyer in both of my cases which we won, thanks to her extensive trial experience and strong writing skills. The Alden Law team understands the EEO arena, and they are experts at navigating the ever-changing EEO process. Their years of experience and winning record are not the only reason to use this firm. They also have a birds-eye view on the court system and understand how to navigate small or large nuances that will help you prevail in your case. The entire team at Alden Law Group are very kind and professional and they will protect your rights. If you ever find yourself in a dispute with your employer, make sure you first contact Alden Law Group to assist you with your legal issues. Thank you, "Arabia"

I was in the same situation as most of you, confused, anxious, hesitant, upset due to being wronged, and seeking someone to not only hear me out but also provide sound legal advice other than "this is going to be costly". I had already retained counsel from another law firm, which proved to be a mistake and I found myself seeking counsel in the midst of discovery. I had spent 2 years of time, lots of money, and energy to have the ball dropped at such a pivotal point. My case was an official hot mess! The law firm I spoke to after firing my initial attorney only advised me that if I was to proceed, my case would get very expensive, but they were more than happy to represent me. Feeling uneasy and that I wasn't provided any real advice for the consult I paid for, I decided to continue my search and that is when I was referred by a colleague to Kristin Alden and her law firm. Little did I know, that was the game changer for my case. I had a single consultation with Kristin that felt a lot more like a conversation and for the the first time during my matter that I felt some one listened; she was patient, informative, and brilliant with her advice. Why brilliant? Because I followed her advice to the letter and within 3 weeks my case had leapt from Agency counsel saying they would "never" consider settlement to having a settlement offer in my inbox, which Kristin reviewed. Hindsight being 20/20 I probably could have saved myself a lot of time, stress, and energy, if I would have gone with the Alden Law Group from the beginning. Let my mistake be your lesson, go with Kristin and the Alden law group. Additionally, Kristin Alden and her law group have CLOUT. Yes, they have a professional reputation that made the agency counsel change their entire strategy and approach. Kristin and The Alden Law group is the real deal, do yourself a huge favor and make sure to at least pursue the consultation, it is worth every penny and then some.

Ms. Alden is an amazing attorney that is extremely knowledgable on a vast array of topics, including but not limited to federal disability laws, VA disability guidelines, Equal Opportunity statutes, Workers Compensation rules and Federal Disability regulations. She really is one of the most talented and compassionate attorneys I have ever met. She has always been easily assessable whenever I needed to get hold of her to discuss legal matters and she always eased my nerves during difficult times. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Alden and I would definitely recommend her to anyone that looking for a highly qualified attorney who works hard, goes the extra mile and truly cares about her clients! If that is the type of attorney you are looking for, then I believe you will be extremely pleased if you hire Attorney Kristin Alden.

I paid $2,000 for a case review and I was kicked out the door a few days later. Dishonest disingenuous doesn't begin to describe this Law Firm.

I reached out to Alden Law Group regarding a private sector employment issue and was told they are not taking those cases. For a firm that presents itself broadly as an employment law practice, this is a significant and surprising limitation. This information should be made clear before someone goes through the effort of reaching out. As it stands, the intake process is misleading and unnecessarily time-consuming.
