Bentley J. Tolk

Bentley J. Tolk is a shareholder with over thirty years of experience, focusing his practice on complex litigation matters. His work includes class action defense, antitrust, securities litigation defense, ERISA litigation defense, employment litigation defense, Telephone Consumer Protection Act defense, contractual disputes, insurance disputes, intellectual property litigation, and real estate litigation. Mr. Tolk also handles general commercial disputes.

He defends employers, third-party administrators, and insurance companies in ERISA and employee benefits cases.
