My wife has been in contact with this firm for about a month roughly. Now that they are really needed they have backed out on us. Reason was "you really dont need a lawyer for this, you can handle it". I'd highly suggest everyone who plans on using this firm considers this review. Get a lawyer that will be there for you throughout and one that well back you in your legal needs.

I understand that my issue may ultimately lie with LegalShield itself. However, since this firm publicly states that it is "the proud Missouri Provider Law Firm for LegalShield," I consider it a direct representative of the service. I pay for LegalShield through my employer and have contacted this firm approximately three times regarding routine legal matters. Each time, I received a nearly identical response: "We don't handle that, but we can reach out to one of our partner firms." I was then referred elsewhere, only to be quoted a so-called "discounted" rate of several thousand dollars. After researching those partner firms, I discovered that the quoted rates were standard, not discounted. This made the LegalShield membership feel effectively useless for my needs. This is simply my personal experience, and yours may differ. Not every legal situation is the same, so I strongly encourage doing your due diligence before enrolling in any legal plan, especially Legal Shield.

This law firm represents LegalShield. Which I have been a member for 21 years now. I would not recommend this law firm at all. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and there is a high turnover of attorneys. Part of my membership is attorney referrals because they cannot take my type of case. They have referred me to attorneys that don't take my type of case either. It has been simply a waste of my time.. IF YOU'RE A MEMBER OF LEGALSHIELD I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. IT IS WORTHLESS AND WHEN YOU NEED THEIR SERVICES THEY WILL NOT COME THROUGH. IT HAS BEEN A RIP OFF FOR THE PAST 21 YEARS. AND YOU DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICES EXCEPT FOR THIS LAW FIRM. I would not retain this law firm! You have been warned!

We started off on a shaky note first phone call I had an attorney argue with me about my case I don't quite remember who. But then other folks from the team I am guessing another attorney when I wanted to cancel my referral called me back and apologized for the argument, made it right empathized with the situation and even contuined to finish the referral. Because of this referral office and the fact that I have a bigger budget this time we finally got Piacheck law firm interested in taking my case! So thank you! For the first time in a year since this battle began I feel like I finally have the right representation and can exhale, you know? So thank you that means a lot and wanted to write this review of my experiences with your law office to personally thank you for all your help and don't stop helping I am one among hundreds of thousands I am sure have a manipulative ex husband or wife... So thanks again for getting me to the right attorney office.

We are LegalShield customer. This firm is the Missouri representative For them. After three days of them calling, first the wrong number and then when I call them back in one minute each time they're always unavailable. It seems almost deliberate, that they don't want to speak to me or help me. LegalShield seems like a pretty good option, except the only firm I can deal with is this one so we canceled it
