Mr Arnold was very helpful during a very stressful time in my life. He never made me feel like I was a failure financially . I went through a nasty divorce and couldn't make ends meet. Him and his staff were very helpful and professional. I will refer him whenever I can.

Since i cant reply to the owner ill just edit. Absolutely worthless. No communication. Does no research. Never in office. No that's not my name bc this is the internet. You're a lawyer aren't you? Figure it out. Your client list isn't that extensive since you're so incompetent. Im sure the magistrate loves when you pop in the zoom call completely unprepared.

Superb customer service, I had MANY questions and they were all answered in a very timely manner. Brittany was wonderful and patient with everything. The price was reasonable, and the consultation fee was taken right off the total cost which could be payed after I had all of my documents in order. I appreciated Jeff's honest advice and made a last minute decision which am very glad I did. 100% recommend this office if you are considering bankruptcy.

This is my second bankruptcy with Jeffrey Arnold. First time was thru VLP. I didn't have much interaction with him or his legal aid. This time was because I had a lot of medical bills because of a meniscus tear that was removed. Both his legal aid and him helped me with every step that I needed.
