About Ripke Law PC

Ripke Law PC is a law firm based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, providing legal assistance in bankruptcy and debt relief solutions. The firm focuses on helping individuals and families manage unmanageable debt, addressing issues such as creditor calls, mounting bills, wage garnishments, and the fear of losing a home.

Attorney Holly Ripke leads the firm, bringing over 25 years of experience in helping clients regain control of their finances. The firm offers guidance and support for those facing foreclosure, repossession, lawsuits, or persistent creditor harassment. Ripke Law PC assists clients with understanding their options, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, which are designed to provide a fresh financial start by stopping collection actions, eliminating qualifying debt, and protecting important assets.

The bankruptcy process at Ripke Law PC involves several steps, starting with a private consultation to review financial situations and recommend the best bankruptcy option. Clients complete required credit counseling and financial education courses, with the firm assisting in locating approved providers. Once a case is filed, an automatic stay goes into effect, halting creditor calls, wage garnishments, lawsuits, repossessions, and foreclosure actions. Attorney Ripke attends the Section 341 Meeting with clients, and the firm aims to achieve a bankruptcy discharge that legally eliminates qualifying debts. The firm also offers flexible payment plans.

Have sent 6 friends to see her over the years. Has helped them understand and helped release them of their debts. Not one person complained. Current friend she's helping seems to get in contact with her as he needs to. So far he also, has made 0 complaints.

How odd that I had to attempt to submit my review again before my review showed up. So much for the claims she's honest and ethical. I have my reviews sorted by most recent. Not impressed with indifference and what appears to be more of the Fort Wayne exploitation of the vulnerable. As a disabled person who walked into financial trouble thanks to the move to Fort Wayne to take a job with an employer who spends more on marketing that they do the right thing than doing right thing, I attempted to hire Ms. Ripke. She informed me her fees were around a grand and did not inform me that as a disabled person I am protected up to a specific value relative to judgements. She also failed to inform me that the account my disability benefits is connected to is the only account protected. I only know these things after losing most of what I was going to use to pay her fees (other services offer bankruptcy filing for disabled from 0 to 350 dollars), and learning from a creditor that her office was telling them she wasn't representing me. So she literally had to do nothing for 100 dollars while American Express took the rest of what I would have paid her, but that would have required more work. I just got off the phone with Christine(?) who told me that the 100 is a retainer and not refundable. Okay, but then why didn't I get any help or communication relative to the situation I'm in? Why were my creditors told I didn't have a lawyer? Why was it nearly impossible to communicate with the office? I get the message loud and clear that disabled folks in Fort Wayne are consistently taken advantage of and bullied. I didn't expect any of that to happen to me because I was working! I have to say that this experience and so many others, including the mayor ignoring my requests for help, have all contributed to this conclusion. My advice with this office is that if you're REALLY hurting financially, avoid it like the plague. If on the other hand, you're just trying to wiggle out of pay
