  If I could give no star I would! Worst place ever! The receptionist never answer the phone and when they do they say they will call you back, which that never happens. A family member started immigration process there in 2022. In 2023, her case was denied. Here comes 2024, and they finally were able to talk to lawyer over a video call, which they were charged for it. Lawyer was not even aware her case was denied til the video call but still taking their money making them think everything was running as it should? So apparently someone was not doing their job. Please save your time and money and find someone that is actually here in Fort Wayne. This lawyer just comes when he wishes. We are definitely reporting this to state Board.

  I had a complaint about the closing time and the assistants were very helpful, they listened to me and were very kind, that means they care about customer service and I love that. As for the lawyer service, it is highly recommended, I can't imagine trusting my case to another lawyer, he is definitely the correct one! I got my EAD in a short period of time and it is a blessing for me, Brian and his team really make a big difference and work hard for us!

  I called to schedule an appointment but before I asked if they deal with the type of case I was dealing with. They agreed and charged me the fee. The day of the appointment they made me wait an hour to meet with the lawyer just through a video call. He told me they didn't handle those type of cases. Waste of time and money.

  Law office of Brian A. Seyfried are really doing a great job, just last month 25th of July. My twin brother Mohammed was granted asylum. To my experience with my own brother case he has been denied for almost 9 months. I thought I won't see him again but with the help of Law office of Brian A.   I had an exceptional experience working with Brian seyfried. He saved me from being deported and helped me get my removal proceedings case dismissed! He is the best Immigration Attorney in Chicago. He was always there for me whenever I had concerns regarding my case. You will not find a better immigration attorney than Brian and this firm! They were truly a blessing when I needed urgent help.
