Zero star! Unprofessional and unpredictable front office personnel that makes excuses and will disqualify you before you can even get a question answered. Look elsewhere

I paid the $250 consultation fee and met with Mr. Black and had a good conversation. During our conversation he gave very clear expectations on what he would do to move things forward. I never heard back; I've reached out multiple times, but his office will not respond. I understand that he has no obligation to take my case...that's completely understood, but why not just indicate that? It's a horrible business practice to "ghost" potential clients who just invested their time and $250 into a 30-minute consultation.
