  "The Howze Law Firm" This firm was very professional and handling my case, especially going through a divorce. The staff and especially Jacob(Front Line Legal Clerk) were very attentive to my meeds especially during my times of high anxiety. They handled my case expertly! Always assuring me matters would be taken care of promptly. Now I won't go without saying my lawyer Ms Howze who was spectacular was also phenomenal especially with conflict resolution. They also have a hidden weapon, Ms. Casey, nothing ever slips by her if I couldn't get a hold of the Chief Lawyer.   I had a very disappointing experience with this law office. I paid $2,000 upfront( which I did in good faith) for help filing bankruptcy after a brief phone call where I explained my situation—that I could no longer afford my RV and needed guidance. Over the next four months, I sent documents and went back and forth with their office, expecting professional advice and clear direction. Instead, during what they called an "interview," I was told by the receptionist that I could lose the only asset I own—my one-acre lot. This was never clearly explained to me before I paid the $2,000. Had I known this from the beginning, I would not have moved forward. I could have surrendered the RV and worked out a payment arrangement on my own without spending that money—money I could not afford to lose. What made things worse was being told that I failed to mention owning land during the initial 10-minute phone call. That conversation was very brief and informal, and I was never asked detailed questions before being asked to pay in full. I feel like I paid a large upfront fee without receiving the level of guidance or transparency I expected. This experience has put me in an even more difficult financial position. Make sure you fully understand everything about bankruptcy before paying them, because they expect you to already know. I will not recommend this law firm.
