  I am a client of David Waltrip. He is an amazing lawyer. Every question that I had, he was able to answer it right away. He managed to work me into his schedule on very short noticed. He was extremely good at describing some complex terms in a way that I was able to understand without any problems. He was extremely friendly and warm hearted. His office was clean and very organized. He made me and my grandmother feels like everything would be alright and everything will work out. I would not want to use any lawyer beside him.

  David Waltrip, Nicole Hahn and their staff assisted me with was supposed to be a simple divorce, that turned out to be a 7+ year nightmare due to the lack of representation and due diligence on the part of the attorney I hired. At which time I hired another attorney that took my money to finish what the first attorney was supposed to do and he did basically nothing but made a few phone calls. I filed complaints with Jefferson City against both attorneys. After an extensive search I come across David Waltrip's firm, which was the best decision I made. The Waltrip Law Firm met with me answered all my questions and assured me that they will help me to get all corrected and finalized. This firm finalized in months what took years to do. I will recommend this firm to everyone. An excellent law firm. They will handle all my legal affairs in the future.

  I hired Mr. David Waltrip and his associate Nicole Hahn to handle my jury trial. They were absolutely amazing with their communication, knowledge, and skills in the arena of litigation. Mr. Waltrip was an expert in his arena. I was given exceptional service. The attention to detail and communication was extraordinary. I never doubted them in the handling of my case. After receiving a positive outcome the Officer/Bailiff came to Mr. Waltrip expressing his opinion of the respectful, organized and seamless demonstration of presenting the case, as it was at a higher level than he had seen before.   I want to take this opportunity to thank David Waltrip and his very capable staff especially Nicole Hahn. I had a very delicate situation that impacted my VA benefits. My initial consultation with David was informative and productive. We mapped out a plan and after a several months wait for the VA to schedule a hearing during which David and his staff researched, gathered and prepared required information.. During the actual hearing David and Nicole executed a compelling argument on my behalf. We had testimony via zoom from several witnesses and while you can never predict the outcome of such an event David and Nicole prepared such a compelling argument I left there knowing the task at hand could not have gone any better, as indeed it proved to be as the VA ruled in my favor.
