Sarah Jane worked tirelessly for over two years on our case against, arguably, some of the toughest lawyers in Chicago and delivered a very successful outcome for us. She is a Master of her craft and is fearless in the boardroom and the court room. I would strongly recommend Sarah Jane and the Kennedy Hunt law firm for any potential litigation you may need. Our experience with this firm from the start has been amazing. Everyone we have dealt with (Tom, Sarah Jane, Michelle, Amber, Althea, Rebecca) have all been wonderful and so helpful! They take time to make sure you understand the process, while educating you regarding your rights, and never make you feel inferior for not understanding something. They have helped us become stronger advocates for our child. I cannot imagine where we would be now without their knowledge and support in fighting for our child's rights. This firm is who you want in your corner. Thank you all so much!! Highly recommend them!

My daughter has multiple severe disabilities. Kennedy Hunt Law represented my daughter and our family in two separate cases. Both cases involved my daughter's access to appropriate services. The first was for FAPE (free appropriate education) at the school district level and the second case was for services that my daughter requires at the adult services level. Kennedy Hunt Law won both cases for my daughter! Because of their strong advocacy, she has the supports that she needs for a healthy and meaningful life. Our family is so very grateful to them for making such a positive difference in her life and in our family's life. Although we have had the pleasure of interacting with several of the wonderful people at the firm over the years, we've mainly worked with Tom, Sarah Jane and Althea. Our experience with them has been fantastic. These are folks that really care about the individual. They listened to what we had to say about the injustice that my daughter was experiencing and worked hard to win both of her cases. They kept us informed as the cases progressed and demonstrated patience, kindness and support every step of the way. When it came time to argue at hearing, their articulation and strength of argument was powerful and extremely persuasive. We are incredibly fortunate to have had the support of this amazing team of individuals. Our family highly recommends Kennedy Hunt!

Avoid this firm at all costs. They are only after your money. Working with Kennedy Hunt P.C. was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. From day one, they made big promises, acted like they cared, and gave me hope—only to completely disappear once they got paid. They dragged my case out with minimal effort, and it quickly became clear they were not fighting for me at all. Communication was almost nonexistent unless they needed more money. Every step of the way, I had to chase them down for answers, only to get vague responses or none at all. I started to question whether they even read the documents I gave them. They talk a lot about civil rights and justice, but from my experience, that's just marketing. What they actually care about is billing hours and getting retainers. They had no passion, no urgency, and absolutely no integrity. Once they had my money, I was treated like a nuisance. I was left to handle most of the stress alone while they sat back and let my case fall apart. These are not people you want on your side. They will take your money, give you false confidence, and then abandon you when it matters most. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Find a real attorney, someone who cares about your case.

One of the best phone calls I've ever made. Nicole Matlock listened to my story, and took the case with empathy and enthusiasm. From day one I really felt like she cared. She fought for me and we won. Communication with her was always easy. No message on an answering machine and then waiting days for a response. She always got back to me quickly, kept me up to date with whatever was happening, and never made promises she couldn't keep. The timeline she gave me of a resolution was spot on, and she helped me every step of the way. From now on, if I ever have any problems, there's only one attorney in St Louis I will call, and that's Nicole Matlock. Phenomenal service. Thank you Nicole.
